Interview Coaching

We believe that 50% of getting a job is the correct preparation before the big day of the interview. In our Interview Coaching sessions, we will prepare you for future interviews and make sure you can speak confidently about your CV and previous work and academic experience. Our Interview coaches will run through important interview techniques and tips on how to succeed at interviews. You shall be given the opportunity to conduct a mock job interview where you will gain practice answering a variety of questions. In this setting, you’ll receive feedback prior to the real thing, from how to improve your communication skills to how to answer difficult questions.

Here at My Next Job, we prepare our candidates for personality questions, competency-based questions and further for industry-related questions. Our Career coaches will also teach you how to be more assertive when it comes to getting what you need and want, whether from your current or future role. You’ll also learn negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify gaps in your professional preparation.
